A. At the moment, ORCA is focusing on building a senior village (a geropsychiatric residential facility) for homeless seniors with mental disabilities.

We plan to work with 17 counties in Northern California: Alpine, Amador, Butte, Colusa, Del Norte, Glenn, Humboldt, Lake, Lassen, Mendocino, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Tehama, Trinity. The facility itself will be located in Redding within Shasta county, California.
